Brodas was founded by two brothers with over 20 years of experience across restaurants, catering and private dining. Our background includes restaurant ownership and time spent in some of London's busiest and most respected kitchens, including award-winning restaurants recognised with AA Rosettes. We believe exceptional food starts with exceptional ingredients.
Wherever possible, we use seasonal produce, organic ingredients and high-quality free-range meats. Our cooking is rooted in fresh, handmade food, with sauces, dressings, breads, desserts and other menu components prepared from scratch using natural, minimally processed ingredients.
Whether we're creating an intimate private dinner, catering for a large event or hosting guests at one of our supper clubs, our approach remains the same: great food, quality ingredients and professional hospitality, tailored to the occasion.
